How to get rid of skin tags?

I got small skin tags on my neck,underarms and a big on e on my back.How can I get rid of these things?

    IDK- Is Symatec China based ? . Only kidding ! Maybe 3x Sulphur Tabs They say it's good on rashes and for exzema though there is no medical backing for this product .They say it has been used for centuries. Warts ...Vitamin b 12

    Go to the doctor and they will freeze or burn them off, it doesn't hurt
