Why isn't inflation brought up along with Wealth Inequality or a Living Wage?

Update:

At an average of 3% inflation, wages and wealth are reduced in value by half approximately every 24 years.

    For some reason inflation hasn't been a problem since the Nixon/Ford/Carter recession. I'm not sure why it was that we had double-digit inflation during a recession--even economists were at a loss to explain it. Now I don't think they can explain why we haven't had significant inflation for almost 40 years.

    Anyway it's not something people are angry or worried about. Growing wealth inequality IS something people are angry and worried about. I was hoping the growing, continuing concentration of wealth in the US would be a major issue in this election, but i wasn't, maybe because of Trump.

    Because inflation is at basically zero, and it doesn't look to be a problem for a long time.

  • Wealth inequality surged under Bill Clinton, but we never heard about it back then. Why? They only feed you information for their own political gain.

    Because Hilliary is in bed with the banks,and Trump only cares about his money. You should have voted for Bernie if want a raise for the middle class.

    Inflation has been low for MANY MANY YEARS - it hasn't affected anything ecomiclly
