Weird nudity issue U.S.A.?

Why is it that Americans go apesh*t when there is a female nipple visible, while topless men are okay?

Even more bizarre are those Disney duck characters; going around barearsed but wearing a jacket or something .... UNLESS they go swimming or are at the beach.

I just don't understand the very specific 'allergy' to female nipples. Can somebody please explain it?

    I really dont know. Men shirtless in out country is normal. And frankly, Im happy to cover my female stuff. I dont want any men looking at them :P Thats why. Now the disney character are ANIMALS. Bro are you paying any attention??? It doesnt matter.
