Can a YAG laser capsulotomy cause a difocus aberration?

The reasons the capsulotomy is needed could be causing defocus aberration by causing the lens to be sitting at an angle. The YAG will remove the fibers that may be causing that to happen and therefore eliminate any aberrations.

The YAG treatment can be considered as a cure, not a cause.
