Its normal and healthy, just dont go to rough. It's perfect safe to do its once a day if you want, maybe even two

it's a very delicate thing to try to teach a young man how to control his urges , that are created by testosterone coursing thru the body......but that is why you are going crazy, all the males go thru similar problems....all you can do is try to control yourselves the best you can and not behave badly towards the girls either.....just be nice to them and don't take advantage of them....let them know you are aroused but don't just grab them, you need to be nice and polite and ask permission to do things. remember that, nice , polite and get permission always
