Is there a medical condition that would make it possible for a guy to produce half a gallon of sperm? Or a gallon on particularly horny days?

I really don't think it is, but I want to be certain. A guy told me he has this condition.

    There is no way so much semen could be produced. The seminal vesicles (where most is produced) are nowhere near large enough to hold that amount of fluid.

    It's called wishful thinking, and I take it you are a girl, and I tend to think your guy friend is hoping you ask to see it. Of course, that would serve him little acclaim, since we guy's are not bulls.
