First, there are no "nuclear secrets". The Russians have had nuclear weapons for decades. Second, if there were any, the SOS isn't the person who would have them- the military would.
This is like that game of "rumors". Someone whispers "A person in Russia gave some money to the Clinton Foundation." The next person whispers, "Hillary traded favors to the Russians for donations to the Clinton Foundation." The next one whispers, "Hillary traded secrets..." You get the idea.

no, that's more Trump b.s. the donations you refer to took place before the 2008 election. Before Clinton was Sec. of State or even knew she would be. In addition, there were 9 government agencies that had to sign off on this deal. Not just the State Dept.

Update: The uranium deal is not nuclear secrets and the Secretary of State doesn't have the power to stop such a deal.
Also, Trump's chief campaign advisor is pro-Russia and helped to get the former pro-Russia President of Ukraine elected.
