Looking for MMORPG?
So it s been awhile since I ve done online video gaming but I want to get back. My favorite games I ve played are Perfect World International and Everquest Online Adventures. Does anyone know of those are still running good (good amount of people play) or any suggestions for good games to play?

The most popular MMOs right now are probably:
WoW
Guild Wars 2
Final Fantasy XIV
To be honest, I'm not seeing a lot of quality MMOs worth playing these days. Most of them have either:
-A dead/declining playerbase
-A Pay2Win cash shop
-WoW-cloned game mechanics (Target opponent, click through your hotbar skills)
-Antisocial players (Everyone plays solo or don't talk during dungeon runs/questing)
Someone suggested Maple Story, but I recommend you pass on it considering it's not even a shadow of its former self and has every problems mentionned above save from being a WoW clone.
If you're interested in Runescape, most people seem to enjoy their classic servers more than their new ones, so I suggest you give it a try.

Sorry those games you've mentioned are pretty much dead. Still you can find them:
PWI - http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/pwi
EverQuest - https://www.everquest.com/home
I will warn though, EQ is a shadow of it's former self, unfortunatlly the glory days of the MMO has died.
One game I suggest you look into which is coming out in around 2017/2018 is Sage of ucimia a return of the social group based MMO:
You could take a look at the game that (to me) ruined the MMO genre:
WOW - https://worldofwarcraft.com/
Or you can try some of the games that are progressing the industry (some cases not for the better) such as:
Guild Wars 2 - https://www.guildwars2.com/en/
Final Fantasy XIV - http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/
The Secret World - http://www.thesecretworld.com/
ESO - http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/home
And if you're into the Eastern MMO market (again progressing the industry but in some cases not for the better) take a look at:
Black Desert - https://www.blackdesertonline.com/

Not sure which platform you want.
On computer(I only have a Mac)- Ryzom, ESO, DDO, Trove, Guild Wars 2, LOTRO
iPhone(maybe Android)- Toram Online, Stellacept, Avabel, Iruna
xbox- Onigiri, Neverwinter, ESO
Try these websites.

Lol you can play runescape I think the community is like 70000+ players everyday not including old school which is like 40000. Ppl use old school for pking or PvP. Rs3 is now for quests, friends, cosmetic crap and a little PvP if you prefer modern graphics.
