Are men really treated better than women (in the UK/USA)?
I know I might get hate for this... but I see the complete opposite.
Women are treated FAR better than men, at least in UK and USA.
Men are GENERALLY expected to pay for most things.
Men are expected not to hit women... but it's rarely ever been the other way round.
Women generally are pressured to look good... but men are pressured to earn more and be successful (rich)... which is a lot harder than just "looking good".
If a woman is attacking a man, people laugh or record it on World Star... but if it's the other way round, he gets jailed.
I had girls pinch my *** in high school and no one gave a f**k... but some guy got their parents brought in because he looked at a girl's boobs.....
And there's more.
Are women really getting the worst treatment these days?

No. Men and women that are equal in legal status, Rights and opportunities are treated differently, but not really better or worse with regards to the same things. We could compile a laundry list and see that men are treated better for some things, but then women are treated much better in others. It's DIFFERENT.
The greatest areas where PEOPLE are treated better than others is where thy are born with good genetics (very pretty or handsome), or born into upper class status, or rich. THESE areas are what makes a difference in today's first world where the genders are fully equal as far as legal status goes.
Now; modern feminism likes to pretend that ALL MEN as a group are treated like the elite class while ALL WOMEN as a group have been left behind in some time warp of the 1800's, or early 1900's depending on what they are discussing. But as we all know, that is just political posturing it uses as part of it's operating method.

No they aren't, we live in a geocentric society. Look up the Youtuber TL;DR (or Teal Deer), you'll get a real clear picture of just how much western society caters to women.
And no, saying that does not make you a sexist or me an.. internalized sexist? I think that's what they call it. It just makes you not a blind moron who's trapped in an echo chamber of social justice.

Are you talking about ALL women or just young pretty women that men want to impress? Sadly most older women even now, who have worked hard most of their life often for little or no money for their families, end up retiring in poverty. Older women get no perks usually - little respect - rich husbands trade them in for a new model sometimes - even the children who they toiled for years for - move away and don't appreciate it. Are these women treated better than their husbands who have money and status as they age? When you are talking about men and women - you need to think of all - not just the young pretty ones.
