Facebook deleted my video that included a short portion of a song that was playing on the radio behind me?

It was raining outside so we were working horses in the barn, and I did not realize that the radio could be heard behind me. Around 30 seconds of a 3 minute long song could be heard, barely, and facebook deleted it.

I cannot delete the audio as I have commentary in the video that needs to be heard. That is out of the question.

I want to know if this violates the fair use policy? As I would not think it would. I had not downloaded the song and it was playing on the radio freely behind me. We were not performing to the song in any way (I literally didn t even realize the radio was on, the rain was THAT loud). What can I do?

Facebook logic, upload a picture of breastfeeding or a video of music, instant delete, put up an alarmingly graphic picture/video and it stays on there.

The admins have a very odd moral compass
