My friend and I were watching TV and a guy picked up a hitchhiker and she said that the guy only picked her up because she is a woman, because you are more likely to get killed or raped by a man. Is this true?

Women do kill, but usually it's someone they know. Men kill people they know, as well as strangers. I have a hard time remembering a story or imagining a woman killing a complete stranger.

Yeah... rape is carried out more by men on women. Men tend to commit murder more often than women!
