Can I get into a performing arts college without graduating from high school?
I'm pretty sure I have ADD and because of that, if I'm not interested in a subject I'd still study it but I'd forget it completely on the test. I failed 3 history, 1 economy, and 1 english class.

You need a HS diploma to attend college. Period. At least in my country, anyways. My sister has ADD and is very similar to you. She got very bad marks in HS but she graduated. You say you are "pretty sure" you have ADD. So you haven't been officially diagnosed? Go see someone (a psychiatrist) ASAP and get diagnosed. There are strategies you can do and medication you can take to cope with it. Seek help soon!
