Get rid of red spot from pimple on the face?
About 3 weeks ago, I popped a really big pimple right in the middle of my nose. I thought it disappeared, but it kind of just shrunk and turned into this red spot. It's not a bump, and it won't go away. I've been putting Neosporin on it every night as well. Its really annoying and obvious, how do i get rid of it?

Put these on the spot - Easy, one-step way to deal with cystic and all other forms of acne. Skincare for Acne and Acne scars – suitable for all skin types. Niapads® - Simple for Pimple™
Niacinamide (aka Niapads ®) anti-acne pads help keep acne away by scrubbing open clogged pores, oily residues and exfoliation. Feel a pimple coming? Just wet a pad, place it on the pimple and remove it when dry. Sit back and watch pimple disappear. Works on body acne too.
These pads also help reduce skin hyperpigmentation (acne scars) and increase skin hydration.
Use it and see the difference.

You might try putting a paste of Epsom Salts and water on the spot. I don't think Neosporin will do anything since the infection is gone.
