Would a Male with XX(SRY) chromosomes be a be able to have children?

    Sex-determining Region of the Y chromosome (SRY) gene is responsible for development of testis (maleness factor). This gene is usually located in Y chromosome. So a male with genotype XX(SRY) with normal meiosis will produce two types of gametes (X and X(SRY)). If he marries a normal female (XX) the probability of their children will be 1/2 XX (daughter) : 1/2 XX(SRY) (boy). If all other condition is OK, I think he may have children but all his sons will have genotype like him (XX(SRY))

    No. The Y chromosome contains genes required to make fully mature, functional sperm.
