Whose the bigger God or the Universe?

God is bigger because He is the Creator of the universe, and the universe is only God's creation.

Genesis 1:1

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

The universe is the Body of God but God is eternal. He is not bound by space nor time. Big doesn't really have meaning when speaking about the true essence of God.

There are many thousands of gods, God is just one of them (with many varieties of it). There is no evidence at all for any of the gods including God. There is plenty of evidence for the universe. As there is no evidence for the existence of God, you can make it as big or as small as you like, it doesn't matter.

All 30,000+ of them are the same size... although, the Greek ones have bigger dicks and the Egyptian ones have bigger balls.
