It will eventually spread if not treated but if treated early there is a high chance of surviving, my partner had it on face a few years ago and had it for around 6 months before diagnoses, he got it cut out stitched and returned to work, 6 weeks check up confirmed it was cancerous and they got it all out.

It's when it has a root is when it's at it's most dangerous, so if you have any skin abnormalities have them checked out early. I myself have had 9 skin cancer surgeries and jokingly say I've had 9 face lifts with relatively no scaring. My Doctor is awesome! Wounds that don't heal are what you should have checked out immediately.

If you watch it early enough you have a better chance of surviving. If you don't catch it early enough there's a very slim chance you'll survive. It's one of the more deadly form of cancer. I think pancreatic cancer is the worse. I think it has 0 survivors.

Without proper medical care you will die. With it (and in time) you can live a long life in many cases.

Depends entirely on how quickly it is detected and treated.
