Why is Texas shooting themselves in the foot by playing Swoopes? Didn't they learn last year of his inability to play QB?

    Swoopes coming in occasionally actually helped the Texas run game. It's Notre Dame killing themselves playing Zaire instead of Kizer for a few series.
