Even if I WERE a Liberal, I sure wouldn't vote for THAT woman. I'll swear, of ALL the super qualified Democratic, female politicians.....and there ARE plenty of them, WHY in the name of sanity did the DNC nominate HER? WHAT were they THINKING?

Incompetence? You are incorrect. Adjectives can function as nouns. You can make up whatever imaginary rule you want so that you can say that she is wrong while you are right, but the reality is that you are wrong. English adjectives can function as nouns.
