I have IC. The IC diet is found here -

But, you need to keep in mind though that everyone is different. So what makes me flare may not make you flare. Also IC comes with so many other illnesses such as IBS. When I eat peanuts which I love, my IBS flares up and I'm in horrible pain for days. So for me peanuts is big no-no.

If you just learned you have IC it is best to follow the strictest diet and allow your bladder time to heal. I suggest you join a support group. Facebook has a good few good support groups. I'm on a few of them.

MY IC is in remission but I still follow the diet in some ways. It took years for my bladder to heal and then for me to add foods back into my diet. I'm still working on adding fruits which are a major trigger for flaring.
