Jehovah's Witnesses have been warned against indulging in chat sites by their leaders. They are not even supposed to be on here, because they have been told that 'apostates' are busy spreading lies about them and they must have no contact with such 'opposers'. They are only supposed to use the Internet to direct people to the Watchtower Society's official website. Getting Society answers to Bible questions is the only thing JWs are meant to use the Internet for. Here is a quote from their own literature:
Kingdom Ministry' September 2007 "Does “the faithful and discreet slave” endorse independent groups of Witnesses who meet together to engage in Scriptural research or debate? No, it does not. ...Thus, “the faithful and discreet slave” does not endorse any literature, meetings, or Web sites that are not produced or organized under its oversight".
The next step in this control mechanism is to provide examples of terrible things happening to JWs who did not heed their 'advice' about, say, looking at disapproved Internet sites. They will speak of a JW becoming addicted to pornography, then mention ex-JW Internet sites. The connection has been made. In the 1 May 2000 Watchtower, p. 10 they wrote:
"Some apostates are increasingly using various forms of mass communication, including the Internet, to spread false information about Jehovah's Witnesses...Even some Witnesses have unwittingly exposed themselves to this harmful material. In addition, apostates occasionally take part in television or radio programs. What is the wise course to follow in view of this? ...Avoiding all contact with these opponents will protect us from their corrupt thinking. Exposing ourselves to apostate teachings through the various means of modern communication is just as harmful as receiving the apostate himself into our homes. Never should we allow curiosity to lure us into such a calamitous course!"
Also, in the 15 February 2004 Watchtower p. 17 they instructed: "We avoid them by steering clear of their reasonings - whether in person, in printed form, or on the Internet... Second, we love the organization that has taught us... Meanwhile, we will not abandon the organization that God is pleased to use."
The Watchtower launched a scathing attack on 'apostates', namely any current or former Witnesses who disagree with the organization's teachings. The July 15, 2014 issue branded any who deviate from official dogma as "devious," "hypocritical" and "divisive," "foolish and ignorant." Witnesses are urged to "completely avoid, yes reject, apostasy" by avoiding debating with apostates "whether in person, by responding to their blogs, or by any other form of communication."
"We do not ...read what they write on the Internet, or add our own comments about what they write on the Internet." - The Watchtower July 15, 2011, page 12, par. 7.
That is why you are not getting any response to your question, by JWs. They are merely parroting advice to go to the official JW site, to obtain answers to Bible questions! Further, even if you contact individual JWs by email, they will drop you like a hot brick the minute you mention any disagreement you may have with their leaders. Although many JWs DO chat on non-JW blog sites, they nearly always do so anonymously, for if they were 'discovered' by their JW authorities, they would be in deep trouble. All I can suggest is that you go to a variety of religious discussion groups and - in time - you will spot the identifying marks of individual JW participants.
