colleges with nursing programs?
What are colleges that have good nursing degrees and will take a 2.7 GPA and an ACT somewhere around the 20's?

Honestly, I think you will have a hard enough time finding any four-year school that will admit you, let alone admit you to a direct admission nursing program.
If you look at schools that require students to apply to the nursing program after complete pre-requisites, be very clear that most of them required a college GPA of 3.5 or better.
You can use a website tool like CollegeView.com to enter your ACT, GPA and major and see what comes up.

If your GPA and ACT are that low, you do not belong in a nursing program. Generous programs will take you with a 3.0, but less than that isn't going to happen.
