Once its on your computer it really isnt ever going away sorry, and AVG is not the best at this. Once your computer is actually infected most software cannot guarantee getting rid of it, the only guarantee is a full rebuild. Software like AVG is only really good at telling you there is a problem. So when it misses a bit of the spyware, the spyware just calls home and starts again your in a loop. Clean install windows and avoid links.#

NEVER use more than one active anti-virus, they can see each other as attacking the machine and block each other. That can reduce security by up to 60 %. Super anti spyware is junk. AVG handles spyware. Do you have any browser add-ons, like special search enhancers, search engines, Internet optimisers etc, as these are always open doors to junk. Apart from the standard Google, MSN/Live, Yahoo remove all of them. If you use Chrome, consider stopping using it. See all the people here using Chrome complaining of adware, spyware and other problems. NEVER follow random links sent to you and NEVER open email attachments unless you know exactly what they contain.

You may want to consider using SpywareBlaster. It is free and blocks a lot of adware/spyware before it can load onto your computer. It uses no system resources. The only thing to remember is that you have to manually open it and check for updates and enable the additional protection once a month or so.

Another product you may want to try is AdBlock Plus. It is free as well.
On a last note, free antispyware programs such as SuperAntiSpyware (SAS) or MalwareBytes (MBAM) do not actively block malicious content. They are removal tools. You would have to upgrade to the premium versions of those products to get the full benefits.
PS - MBAM is far superior to SAS

You probably don't have spyware at all. Read the anti-spyware reports carefully as most everything they list is benign cookies not spyware.
