Help extremely urgent - what to do for severe throbbing back pain at home before my Dr appointment tomorrow?
Okay basically I am a 29 u/o female & I have had this terrible back pain off & on the past few weeks (roughly 2 months) . At times it will be a spasm pain other time throbbing but manageable , but basically at work today the pain was throbbing constantly it makes it hard to sit, hard to stand without any severe pain . Have tried multiple doses of ibuprofen 600mg & Tylenol off & on thru out the day it ends up doing nothing. I have had a few crying fits today due to the pain . Plz help :/

Wow. I can't believe you never once thought of going to a chiropractor. Their MAIN purpose is getting rid of back pain. Either you like being in pain or you never heard of chiropractic.
