For instance, the only chance, and it's a very, very, very small one, for a molecule to come into existence that converts CO2 and H2O into sucrose and similar sugars using sunlight as an energy source, would be if a team of scientists tried to design one. There is no way such could ever come about by accident, just like a space shuttle could never come about by accident.

That is a very good question. God is the creator of all things as stated in Psalms 104:24 which states " How many your works are oh God you have made all of them in wisdom. The earth is full of what you have made." As you can see the answer is yes, in fact even those that look in the first book of the Bible, the first page, the first sentence simply put can read "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." (Genesis 1:1)
