Is 18 pre-adult even though it's legally an adult since it's still teen? (18th birthday in 4 days)?

    Yes, those who are under the age of 25 are still biologically underdeveloped. In other words, they are not yet adults. No written law is going to change this.

    No, but you still have some restrictions such as buying 🍺/🍷, and renting a 🚐

    Additionally different censuses have different definitions for 'young adults' such as 18-21, 18-23, 16-20, 16-23, 20-23; which suggest that people of those age groups arent fully adult yet.

    You're legally an adult at 18. You can vote.

    Most people are "grown" physically at 18, so are adults. But many people never actually "grow up" mentally and still act like 14 yr old jerks at 50.

    No. It is the legal age of majority. Contracts, consent and end of childhood is achieved at 18.

    That depends where you live. In the country where I was born you can f^ck, drink alcohol, vote and die for your country at 18 years old.
