Water Fasting Question?
I'm curious to know what people's thoughts are on having a glass of sparkling spring water during a water fast.
Example: Plain, unflavored Ozarka spring water or even plain Perrier.
Are you for it or against it and why?
I wanted to update this... I do believe that drinking carbonated water (yes water with CO2) is okay. I don't think that it should account for the total water but that some is okay.

Are you asking whether it's OK to drink sparkling water as opposed to still, during a water fast? Yes - it's just water with added CO2.

they must drink something else daily then or it would be too uncomfortable and be fainting off at least from dehydration!!!???!!!
