How often and when exactly are the NCAA football AP rankings updated?

Fairly new to NCAA football - not understanding why the AP rankings still have not been updated following this past weekend's games. Thought new rankings came out every Sunday evening?

    Usually every Sunday by mid-day. This week is an exception because the hurricane moved a couple games to Sunday.

    Weekly, during the season, for the poll - which is published on Sunday. With the major college season needing Sunday to complete the slate of games, the poll was delayed one day.
