Lately, I feel alone all the time. I mean, I have a girlfriend and I m close with my family. However, I feel like no one understands me or at times like no one cares about me. This is crazy because I know they do but lately there have been times where its felt as if no one cared about me and I just feel so alone in this world. What should I do?

Volunteer. Help someone who's in even worst situations than you, and you'll start to realize that you're actually taking advantage of even the simple things in life.
