DIET HELP.?

Here's my situation. I weigh 144 pounds. Yes,Overweight for the age I am which I'm not going to state. I wanna be petite,small and little,But not muscular or fat?

Please,give me a exercise and workout plan.

I want little definition,BUT STILL BE SMALL

    Age barley playes a factor in weight. Hight makes more sense. So a diet you'll want to be on is fruit (moderation), vegetables, meat, and brown grains such as brown rice, brown bread, etc. You will also want to be gluten free. Now sleep, It depends on what age you are for how much sleep you have so research how much sleep someone your age should be gettting. Third, exercise is easy, no need to really hit the gym unless you want to build muscle or lose weight faster. But if you want to keep it simple just make sure you take 10,000 steps a day. You will lose weight in no time!

    Well its all about calories so eat less and workout more calories in vs calories out try chew gumming and ice to help when hungry drink tons of water and try to keep busy so ur mind is not on food like what I'm going to eat next you know try taking walks that always great to get fresh air try doing 1,000 cal diet and you will get great results good luck tho

    You're always going to be small lol.

    Squat, lunges, pushups, planks, pullups

    Do yoga.

    You'd have to straight up take steroids if you think you're going to grow brolic biceps and what not lol.

    For fat loss, that's all diet.

    You're most likely not eating enough. Your body isn't going to throw fat out if you're eating too little, it'll fight to keep it.

    Your a girl? if so you will not get large and muscular by working out, when you see pictures of girls with big muscles it is because they are pumped up purposely to show off their muscles, and they have put in an enormous amount of work to get like that, in everyday life they look normal

    Drink warm water before dinner and early morning before breakfast daily, also focus on the amount you want to weigh and be happy about it, be positive and always see yourself in your subconscious mind the slim you, do not worry for anything and use fat deminisher

    eat small portions three times a day;do 5-10 push-ups everyday:and eat vegetables and fruits mostly and little bread,chicken,sugary sweets are all bad for u.Even though it looks good it makes u look worser Happy Halloween
