I neep help with school and the military.?

So i never was very good in school, i hated the teachers and they hated me, i wasnt good in math or science, i cant even figure out what 4×6 is... but iv always had a passion for the military so i decided that im going to join the marine corps. But i cant do home school since i know i dont have to do it at my home, and im even worse at regular school but i heard of a high school about compter programming and stuff. Do you know if i get my diploma from a place like that, it will be for computer crap only ? Will it disqualify me from the military? Or will i be okay?. I plan to go to a school like that and practice the asvab (on apps and books) for years and work out so i get in shape, is that good? Please let me know if you had the same problem, (and if it matters i turn 16 in December)

THANKS!.

You will not get into the military unless you get a diploma from an accredited high school. You can ask a recruiter which schools in your area are accredited. If you do not go to one of those schools, you will need to get 15 class-attended credits to go with your graduation certificate.

What concerns me is the lack of discipline you demonstrate around authority like teachers. We are talking the Marines here. If the military is your passion, now would be the time to learn how to follow orders and not rebel.

I have a friend just like you. He's studying hard to pass the exam the military gives everybody now. It's like the old GED type of exam on all high school subjects. You can join study groups that prepare you for the test.

If you don't graduate from an accredited high school you need a GED and 15 units of college credit. And if you can't deal with discipline from teachers you won't be able to deal with the military.

You need a regular high school diploma, not a vocational school. You will also need to pass the ASVAB and basic Math is a significant portion of that test.
