Horror movie with killer brother in woods?
I am trying to think of a name of a horror movie. I think it may have been around 10 years or maybe a little more since I watched it. I think I remember a bridge in it. And someone getting killed in the beginning. Later a group of teenagers are in the woods. They come upon a man who is chained up. I think its to a piece of farm equipment. They let him loose. And later come upon the brother. And he tells him that he had him chained up because he was a killer. I can't think of the name of this movie. I think it may have been low budget.

In the basement, Mark and Taylor discover an old man, Benjamin, shackled to a large wheel by a chain that is padlocked around his neck. Benjamin pleads for them to help him before the old man arrives back home. Lisa, Mark and Taylor take Benjamin and depart the house, but Benjamin is still bound. As they reach the shortcut, the chain restricts him from moving further. ... Before Derek can hit Benjamin, Ivor turns up. He warns Derek not to hit Benjamin, and as Derek is about to, Ivor shoots Benjamin, while saying that "he can no longer deal with having to hide Benjamin and kill anyone who happens to see him."
