So how many people are suing TNA over money?

what would happen if TNA loses all of the court cases? would that mean that the amusement park would own all of the equipment? would the Harris Brothers get to beat up people that owe them money? can Billy force the women to be in his music videos or dance for him on his music tour?

  • Considering all the operating expenses that a Professional Wrestling Promotion needs to put on shows month after month for almost 15 Years? I would say a lot. If you want to add up all The Wrestlers that TNA may owe money to? That may be several dozen Wrestlers. Good luck with that, ECW went through that, just ask Paul Heyman.

Reports say Total Nonstop Action Wrestling is One million dollars in debt, either Dixie Carter took a class of Paul Heyman's school of avoiding the bill or someone was seriously that damn stupid to allow Impact! Wrestling to dig that much of a hole.

That is where the insurance company comes into play...or, if the company is sold, there is an agreement where the new owner(s) agree to settle the cases. In the latter case, the company is work a buck - since negotiations will become a priority to get the litigation off the books.

It depends on who they sell the contracts too, they will have to pick somebody, or just declare bankruptcy and allow someone else to choose for them who gets the contracts and stuff.
