IS IT OKAY TO HAVE A TREAT ON A DIET?

Today I ate healthy,

Breakfast a energy granola (super yummy)

Lunch a Whole wheat+vegtable spaghetti tossed in olive oil, less then a tea spoon of butter, pepper and less then a tea spoon of grated cheese + Brocolli, cauliflower, and some carrots

snack?: Greek yogurt

I Ate this around 2:00 PM and im hungry now (its almost 6.) I'll probably eat dinner later on,but is it okay if i have some Tortillia chips and canned cheese sauce as a snack?

"IS IT OKAY TO HAVE A TREAT ON A DIET?"

Yes it's fine to have a treat when on a diet. It also depends on what you're caloric intake allotment is, and the reason why you're on a diet. If you're on a regular day, then that has to be counted into you'r caloric intake, and if you're on a weight loss program. If you're working on losing weight, and haven't had an off day, where you'll eat a bit more than normal, then no problem, it won't hurt your weight loss goal. It also may even help to boost, or to revitalize your metabolism, and help to prevent what's known as a weight loss plateau. One day in say twenty will not hurt you though, in the long run.

Forget the snack and have evening meal, as they say never eat after 7pm or it turns to fat, Good Luck
