What are some words you don't like?...and that aren't offensive in any way.?

I find that an usually high number of women dislike the word "moist" for some reason.

I want to avoid using these words in my writing. What are some others that bother you?

    Catharsis. There's nothing wrong with the word, in-and-of itself, but it has a discordant sound to it. I don't like it.

    "Iconic. " Way overused. Same with "awesome" and basically."
