Need opinion on which 2 gaming headsets are better as I think I need to replace my current pair.?

Any help would be great thanks!! These are the 2 that I'm looking at that aren't severely over priced, will do the job and fit my small head (for a girl). Thanks guys!

My current pair either won't connect because the connections is loose (Afterglow wireless green headset) or the audio jack is pressed in (dunno how that happened). They connected before but now they won't. Here's the 2 I'm looking at:

Any other suggestions of something similar/better that's easy on the pocket book? I'm open to suggestions! Just not something monster sized like the logitech ones. They're way too big.

For TRUE quality, choose from any of the following REPUTABLE manufacturers (check out the compatibility first!):

Sennheiser, Shure, Grado, Denon, AKG, Bowers & Wilkins, Bang & Olufsen, Etymotic, Beyerdynamic, Audio-Technica.

I would go with the second because the mic come out. My friend has the 1st headset and it sounds like he is in a tunnel because the mic doesn't come out by his mouth.
