Could be asthma, overweight, out of shape (haven't exercised for a while but skinny), stressing while exercising, or it may be temporary anxiety symptoms. Wish I could help more! Good luck! <3

I have a feeling that you are not breathing enough. Being tense isn't good. Learn to breath deeply and relax. don't over think this

assuming you're not overweight, I'd ask to see a doctor to be safe. if you are overweight, see a doctor for help with weight loss.
to make sure your BMI is in range at least (body mass index), you can google BMI calculator online. type in your height and weight, and it'll give you what range you're in. underweight, normal, overweight, obese, etc.
i'm not a doctor, and I'm recommending you see one. if you're parents won't take you, see the school nurse.

Very likely could be asthma! I am 17, I have asthma and experience similar symptoms induced by exercise. Usually goes away with a few pumps from my albuterol inhaler.
