Why do people move to America but bring the country they left with them?

People move to the U.S.A. for the freedom, better job opportunities which then leads to a better life. But yet many of these people want the U.S. Government to enact, pass, and enforce the laws as well as principles, that are practiced and enforced in the country they moved out of. So then, why move to America in the first place?

Update:

But Again why try to change America to the country you just left. INSTEAD.. MOVE BACK to the country you left. Ps. Live The American way, or LEAVE!!

"People move to the U.S.A. for the freedom, better job opportunities which then leads to a better life." Not true.............. many people migrate because they think the grass is greener elsewhere/ to make a fresh start, however like all humans we like the things we know and that makes people feel 'safe' which is why you find people from one country or who speak the same language stick together and form communities and when you do migrate things are 'new and different' to what you have always been used to...........

America is in a politically changing phase, it is not an easy time for Americans and Americans are used to their own country, migrants are not and that is where people start to want changes 'back' to what they know and understand, not possible so they try to develop that change where they are.

........and America is still a new ( 250-300 yrs) mish mash of cultures, customs all 'borrowed' which have been ' Americaised and developed' from other countries
