Why does Red Wine make me sleepy?

People would say the alcohol is what make you sleepy but beer doesn t make me tired and other mixed drinks do not either. So why is it just red wine?

    Red wine has a toxin in it that can affect you to make you sleepy.

    It's mostly due to combation of alcohol in it.
