How to gain muscle n mass in my waste?

Aye I'm not happy about my skinny tiny *** waste it's so damn embarrassing because of how small it looks and I'm a guy can you help me by telling me how to gain weight as well as muscle mass if possible ?¿

    go to the gym or do sit-ups,you can also try a high protein diet
