Not everyone is worthy of being on the list. Chris Jericho said as much on WWE Monday Night Raw last week. It takes a special person to get on The List.

At first,Jericho likes putting people he dislikes on the list.He suprisingly did not put Reigns on the list because he is not worthy of being on the list.
Jericho also said the fans aren't worthy of being on his list which means he puts people who he deems worthy of being on list.
So Jericho is putting everybody he deems worthy on The List.

No, blocking people on twitter is just childish, if you really want to get even with someone, you put them on THE LIST
