What would this dream mean?

I was at an airport, my crush (who doesn't know about my feelings at all) was also there. Both waiting for the flight. Both of us were sneaking at each other's phone and papers, to find whether the other is interested in them. I was struggling to get my papers in order and somehow was about to miss a flight. He was about to board the same flight. Even though he was all set, he made some health excuse and did not board the flight. I was called to the hospital wing and I saw him there, smiling at me. I felt he missed his flight for me. Both did not worry about missing the flight and were happy. But both knew it would have been even better if we had boarded the flight and left this country. What does this mean?
