Quick wall question?

Since Texas is really into 'state rights' over 'big government'...

Why can't they build & pay for their own wall instead of using my tax dollars (mid-west)?

    There won't be a wall. Mexico isn't gonna pay a peso and Congress will just laugh at it.

    Defending our national borders is the responsibility of the federal government. We all benefit from it, not just Texas.

    Besides, Mexico is going to pay for it.
