what happened to the index of topics to choose from? like dining out, baby names, psychology etc?

For some that is happening but not consistent with any one or all browsers.

Some have no idea it even happens. Using Chrome or Firefox it has not happened on mine while for others they cannot see the list on Chrome but can on Firefox or IE. You can try a different browser or refresh the page and it may bring it back. It may be a mobile problem if not using desktop link.

They're at the left side of your screen, if you can't seem them then I think you might want to try restarting your browser or clearing your cache for the website, Also, I'm quite sure that this question is in the wrong forum section.
