Bigot, racist, homophobic, xenophobic, sexist...are these words meaningless now?

Update:

Many on the left throw these words out on a daily basis to describe the republicans/conservatives. It's been proven many times how wrong the left's view are. So, when people use these words now, I know immediately that that person/media outlet is not aware of facts.

You are correct. One word in particular, "homophobic" has always been meaningless. An educated, thinking person knows that the suffix "phobe" or "phobic" means "fear of". The ignorant masses don't understand that. A person who doesn't like or disagrees with a homosexual's lifestyle isn't homophobic. I, for one, couldn't care less if someone's a homosexual or not. That's THEIR business and it's between them and God. However, to say I'm homophobic if I oppose gay marriage is ignorance. I'm not afraid of homosexuals, the meaning of "homophobic". I've met some homosexuals that I like and some that I don't like, but I've NEVER met one I'm afraid of. It's time the politically correct and unthinking left learn some vocabulary and basic English.

NO > such stupid words were meaningless when Hillary LIED & her stupid Minions spoke them !

No, the word "liberal" is meaningless, which is why people don't call themselves that anymore.

What do Fox News and National Public Radio have in common? They constantly draw our attention to every form of division in our society except rich vs. poor. They have big money behind them. Wall St. has a puppet on his left hand and another on his right hand, and they seem to be at odds with each other. The left hand puppet represents what were, until recently, known as liberals.

The word "conservative" used to mean urging caution about the economy - avoiding the deficit spending advocated by the Kenseyans. What does it mean now? The opposite of that!

The left has cried wolf for so long they've done FAR more damage to outing instances of those things than actual racists, homophobes, xenophobes, and sexists EVER could.

They've bastardized those words beyond recognition. Such embarrassingly self-defeating creatures they are.

I actually feel that way too. I am not one of these and yet the left has called me that hundreds of times. It doesn't work to scare me out of speaking my mind anymore.

They're only meaningless to people who are those things.

    Everyone else knows better.

unfortunately, yes. the left has used them so flippantly that they lost just how serious of a matter that they are. these are not words that should be used without discretion. these are serious problems that will get overlooked now by the left's rhetoric. it's very sad, political affiliation aside.

Our Supreme Leader Trump will make sure that those words no longer exist in any English dictionary as they only serve to cause division, hate, and violence when humans communicate with each other.

    they are TOTALLY meaningless.

those words have been used so recklessly by the liberal media that they might as well be farts now.

you can only scream that the sky is falling for so long, before people don't even look up anymore.
