Molested or just a curious kid that's now feels bad thinking back and would never ever do it again?
Is a preteen that doesn't know it's 100 percent wrong to rub over her sisters diaper, or playin with her sister and in the back of her mind she's thinkin "I wonder if my sister is feeling any good feeling since I use to when I was her age and someone would hold me" and if the sister was on her leg and they were playin she would go a little faster to see and then stops right away. Is this molested? If the girl would never do anything like that now and feels bad lookin back? It was more out of curiosity

Yes,that is molestation. Please resfrain from doing that to a baby. Find someone your own fuvking age,you pedo!
