Why they don't make dual voltage TV anymore?
I check LG & Samsung 2016 line up in US & they don't produce dual voltage TV anymore? strange? how much does it cost them? compare to me buying a converter and turning it off/on? even my 2010 TV has dual voltage.

it costs plenty!
Making TVs that fit one OR the other means that thay have to make TWO DIFFERENT TVs!
Making a TV that has BOITH measn that hey prices goes up by several dollars.
By making ONE set with a converte measn that they mae ONE TV, can get better prices on aprts, and thus sell the TV at a lower prices, and YOU get to chooose which pwoer to use.
