Help with Steam? (PC games)?

I have had ZERO luck getting Steam to work for me. Setting aside Steam support (TERRIBLE!), are there any resources I could use to get a handle on this?

    Since you've given us zero information about your PC, your actual problems, or what solutions you've tried, the only thing we can tell you is "Call Steam."

    Describe what (exactly) the issue(s) are, and there are enough Steam users here that we can probably help you. "It doesn't work" doesn't really give us enough information to work with.
