Okay so.. this might sound embarrassing but what would happen if i had a tape worm in my uterus while pregnant? I am 21 weeks.
What are the general signs of tapeworm being in the uterus? What if i had pinworms?
Call me paranoid but when i was in my teens i notice a white worm (very small)in my crotch area. I didn't see it enter my front parts. Now, i am wondering what if.... I was to embarrassed at the time to talk about it and over months i completely forgotten about that situation until now.

In the one case I found, the symptoms were a little chronic vaginal bleeding and some backache.
Pinworms are not tapeworms; they are roundworms. And they are pretty common even in people with no symptoms.
I don't know what would happen if tapeworm got into your uterus. I would guess that pregnancy would not be too likely, due to the irritation of the uterus due to the tapeworm. But I would not guarantee that.
