Why does everyone think that Hillary will make history by being the first female President?

Every President has been a man so far, but a lot of them have made history. FDR, Reagan, etc. Sure we had a minority President, but if you asked me how he made history I wouldn't say it was because he was black. If Hillary, or any other woman, got elected and didn't do **** for our country, I would NOT consider her as someone who makes history.

Because it would be. Being the first female President is still a historical fact. So is being the first black one.

Look at the UK. Plenty of people hated its first female Prime Minister, but nevertheless, she WAS the first.

What history did Reagan make? None in your terms as far as I can see.

    Hi.

That's only in the mind of those who live with the gender equality under their arms. We the conservatives are not misogynists, we voted for the candidate who had the proposals to defend life, to recover the economy, to bring back industries, to stop wars, things that we value as a our traditional ideals because those make the welbeing.

If Hillary Clinton, as a democrat, could have had the same ideas the votation could have been maybe on her favor if she had maybe some more charisma than Trump, if she had offered free university as Sanders and kept the $15 minimum wage proposal than Sanders instead of committing the stupidity of saying it would be impossible.

Trump could have defeated her even with those proposals but after winning, people wouldn't be striking each other because of the love for those evil policies she stands for, as gay weddings, gender identity curriculum, outsourcing, coercion to religion, abortion and especially without the banker Soros paying to those rioters to cause unrest.

Without feminism in our minds, in both parties, she could have had better chances, conservative women could have voted some more for her. But knowing her stance on abortion and feminism is why many white conservative women kept firm and voted for Trump even after the dirty campaign releasing tapes of his sexual comments. Some of these women had the idea of voting for a woman to see how it would be a government of mother, grandma and social activist, except for the fact that she laughed at a raped young woman 30 years back. Some conservative women didn't know about that and were going to vote her, but as soon as she started to attack Trump, Wikileaks, the right wing media and Trump himself couterattacked and let the world know how she in reality was, so that killed her chances.

This was not a case of women hating women because they love machism, this was a case of conscience vote in which the Catholic Church played a decisive role in telling catholics the risk of death they faced if they voted an abortionist like her, along with the fact how she killed Gaddafi and was delivering weapons to ISIS and other terrorist from Lybian ports, just the same thing Janet Napolitano did in Mexico and who was protected by Obama changing her position in the govt. so the society forgot her crimes.

All of these scandals from that political party had a weight in her defeat. And denying it from the media is a crime that must be punished because it is deceiving millions who are not religious people, support abortion, but never take the time to investigate all the accusations of murder against Clinton and they are truly deceived we can say.

In the future we could see a woman ruling the US if feminism is not the cause to vote her, if the male contestants are do not represent the traditional values conservatives strive for and if real merits and a clean resume are her better cards.

It would make history if she did become the first even if she didn't do anything
