How increase calorie intake without gaining weight back?

Hi guys,

I've been eating 800 calories a day for the past year and i reached goal weight and I'm well aware that it's way too little so i want to bring up. I should be eating about 1500 calories a day so how should i increase my calorie intake without gaining all my weight back?

Increase it slowly. Try adding 100 cals on each day for a month.

Maybe you should introduce some HIIT training.

HIIT will burn around 15kcal/min. So here is a sketch of a possible program:

Week 0: you were eating 800kcal/day

Week 1: you eat 1200kcal/day and do 13min of HIIT per day => remains 1000kcal/day

Week 2: you eat 1600kcal and do 27min of HIIT per day => remains 1200kcal/day

Week 3: you eat 1800kcal and do 27min of HIIT => remains 1400kcal

Week 4: you eat 1700kcal and do 13min of HIIT => remains 1500kcal

    Week 5: you eat 1500kcal

The aim is to use HIIT to accelerate your metabolism. After eating 800kcal/day for such a long time, your body has certainly started the starving mode, you're basically in hibernation.
